In order to start productively is needed:
• Communication with the customer or his representative and discussion of the main task;
• Visiting the place of construction, buildings and rooms, if they exist;
• Familiarization with the project documents;
• Discussion of project details and deadlines;
• Setting of the main goals and tasks;
• Composition the technical task;
Work on the design project can be implemented partly, if the customer has decided to use the separate services, or in stages, if a complete project is being done.
¬Within sketch project are developed following drawings:
• Measurement plan and actual situation;
• Plan for dismantling and (or) installing of partitions and walls;
• Volumetrically planning solutions, plans of erecting walls, barriers, sections;
• Placement of equipment, basic furniture placement;
• Visualization is done with conventional furniture and finishing materials on the basis of planning in order to show basic stylistics and color solution.
Engineering tasks are being developed for engineering services during the development of complex from architectural and engineering point of view objects, houses, hotels, smart offices and project management as General Designer, Chief Architect during sketch design phase.

All drawings and data from the preliminary design are supplemented and developed more in details. The most correct decision, when the developer of both stages – a preliminary design project and a technical project – is the same.
To volumetrically planning solutions of preliminary design part the following drawings are additionally developed:
• Plan of lighting equipment placement
• Plan of ceiling with lighting
• Plan of ceiling and baguettes with elevations
• Floor plan
• Partitions placement plan
• Plan of sanitary equipment placement
• Plan of heating equipment placement (radiators, heated towel rails, convectors)
• Placement of power and low-voltage sockets
• Development of the kitchen area, the technological part
• Plan of walls with materials, doors, furniture, wall lamps, sockets and switches
• The palette of materials
• Plan of interior decoration
The author of the project or representatives follows the implementation of the technical project.
During architectural supervision the architect-designer has the right to make changes, select materials and correct his decisions.
It’s not a secret to anybody, that the design company has its own special price on products buying some furniture items, lamps, sanitary ware, and accessories. The customer can profitably buy interior items and finishing materials at a good price buying for such a price. The design company has a commission remuneration from the transaction for this service.
We can prepare separately the selection of materials and specifications for their purchase, drawings for the competitions, because the supply of materials can be realized by customer, contractor and others by tender.
Therefore, selection project includes:
• selection of real finishing materials, preparation of Sample Box, boxes with samples of finishing materials, coatings, textiles, tiles, furniture, samples of glass, metal and so on;
• specifications of lightning items proposed by the project;
• specification of furniture and interior items;
• specification of sanitary equipment: toilet bowls, bidets, sinks, toilet faucets, water heated towel rails, baths and so on;
• tile specification, layout of tiles on the floor and walls;
• development of product drawings made of natural stone taking into account natural patterns;
• development of drawings of mosaic parquet;
• drawings of non-standard products for the production of doors, panels, stairs and other joinery, kitchen, wardrobes and other furniture;
• drawings of fireplaces; stone, metal, glass and ceramic portals;
• sketches of glass products, stained-glass windows, glass casting, inserts, details of fountains and lamps;
• development of drawings and specifications for calculating the cost of metal products of stairs, fences, sketches;
During project construction leading technical support of the project can be realized under author’s supervision or without.
Author’s supervision is carried out by architects – designers, who constantly are on the object and work on the realization of the technical design solution.
Ordering non-standard products that are made according our sketches architects-designers provide for a tender, consult manufacturers and producers, participate in materials procurement, checking the amount of materials in fact and checking specifications.
Production of non-standard equipment implies the communication of designers – architects, who lead the technical support of the project with masters and production technologists. Designers and installers of engineering networks should also communicate with representatives of technical support. Any question related to the choice of materials forming any kind of order must be solved with the knowledge of the technical support, if there is no author of the project and this right is delegated to them.
Author’s supervision and technical support can be united in case if it is carried out by one person or organization.
The customer can order a separate service of technical support in the implementation of the finished design project (as in stage of technical project, as in stage of selection and specification project).
